On February 9th 2008 on the general meeting of “KONTI” stockholders they made a decision about opening of a new representative office on Germany. |
| During the year of 2007 the net profit of the closed cooperation “PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION “KONTI” (Donetsk), one of the largest confectionary companies in Ukraine, made up 34,133 million UAH. |
| CJSK “PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION “KONTI” will increase its regulation capital into 2,2 times up to 54 million UAH by releasing the additional share sets for 30,1 million UAH.
This decision was made during the stockholders meeting on 9th of February 2008.
The goal of regulation capital increasing is to re-stock the working capital of the company.

| 12-14 February 2008 on XV Moscow international “PRODEXPO” exhibition in the framework of “Innovational PRODEXPO product” “KONTI” confectionary were awarded. Baileys “Bonjour” dessert was awarded with golden medal and “Innovational product technologies” diploma. Chocolate sweets “EsfeRo Crema” were awarded with silver medal and “Technological innovations and package” diploma. |
